MRS JUSTICE HOGG :
1. They were to take the herbs as instructed;
2. They were not to seek orthodox western, modern medical treatment whilst taking the herbal treatment. They were told that if she went for a scan the power of
the treatment was such the baby would not be seen on the scan;
3. The mother could not give birth in London
, she had to travel to Lagos for the birth as she would be unable to deliver the child at all without the administration
of
the third and final herb.
