The persewar may not be compellit to give juramentum calumniæ upon the libel, efter that the samin is admittit to his probatioun, and witnessis, or uther probatioun, ressavit thairupon. Item, Gif he has anis geven his aith upon the libel, he may not be compellit to give the samin agane at ony time thairefter in the samin instance.
