    Sir Alastair Norris:

  1. At the hearing on 11 and 12 August 2021 brief reference was made to a number of complex transactional documents which required further consideration, and I was invited to read a number of authorities in my own time.
  2. At the conclusion of the hearing I indicated that I would consider the position, and having done so would announce my decision and then provide reasons thereafter.
  3. I have decided to sanction the scheme of arrangement proposed and will make an order in the form of the draft submitted on the second day of the hearing save that
  4. (i) the appointment of the Joint Administrators should cease on the Restructuring Plan Effective Date (as defined in the Restructuring Plan) and not on the date of the Order; and
(ii) (ii) costs will be reserved.
